Requirements

Basic English communication skills (requiered)
HHA or CNA certification (required)
CPR & First Aid certification (required)
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (prefered)

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Provide medication reminders per care plans
Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration
Offer companionship and emotional support
Accompany clients to appointments or social outings (as needed)
Monitor and report changes in condition
Accurately document care and observations
