Requirements

  • Basic English communication skills (requiered)
  • HHA or CNA certification (required)
  • CPR & First Aid certification (required)
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent (prefered)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
  • Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
  • Provide medication reminders per care plans
  • Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Accompany clients to appointments or social outings (as needed)
  • Monitor and report changes in condition
  • Accurately document care and observations
