Requirements
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but NOT required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from Auburn Hills, MI job sites.
- Pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client health conditions.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Document client progress and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
