We are seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Caregivers at The Ivy of McKinney to support our residents across all shifts . This role provides flexible, as‑needed coverage to ensure high-quality care and support at all times. As a PRN Caregiver at The Ivy of McKinney Assisted Living and Memory Care , you can expect to provide hands-on assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Your compassion and dedication will be essential in helping residents maintain their independence and quality of life. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate team members. By possessing these qualifications and qualities, you will contribute to the exceptional care provided to our residents at our McKinney, TX location.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred (senior living, assisted living, memory care, or home care).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass background check and required health screenings.
  • Effectively communicate with residents, follow care plans, and document observations accurately.
  • Detail-oriented, compassionate, and having a strong work ethic

Responsibilities
