We are seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Caregivers at The Ivy of McKinney to support our residents across all shifts . This role provides flexible, as‑needed coverage to ensure high-quality care and support at all times. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate team members. Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred (senior living, assisted living, memory care, or home care).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings.
• Effectively communicate with residents, follow care plans, and document observations accurately.
• Detail-oriented, compassionate, and having a strong work ethic
