Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and or meet Indiana state requirements for hiring
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current and current auto insurance
- A true passion for helping others
- A commitment to excellence in care and customer service
- Openness to feedback and personal growth
- TB Test; 2 weeks if not completed
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Home care: 1 year (Preferred)
