About Us: YoloCares is the region’s oldest and most reputable nonprofit hospice provider, consistently ranking in the top 1% of hospice providers for quality nationally and in California. Guided by our mission to ensure that every patient, every family, every time receives world-class end-of-life care, YoloCares delivers compassionate, high-quality services to individuals and families across the region. Joshua’s House is the West Coast's first home for individuals with terminal illness who are at risk of homelessness. Overseen by YoloCares, the program extends exceptional care to those most marginalized and neglected by traditional healthcare systems—those with no place to call home. In coordination with Joshua’s House staff, volunteers, and YoloCares’ clinical staff, the Caregiver assists residents in all aspects of their end-of-life journey, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information/communication needs. Joshua’s House is located in South Natomas, CA and will be the primary work location. Training will be conducted at the YoloCares office in Davis, CA.
