Requirements
- You've got at least a year of previous experience as a paid caregiver. We want someone who knows their stuff!
- You're the embodiment of compassion and patience, with a genuine desire to lend a helping hand.
- Your communication skills are off the charts, and you know how to build meaningful connections with clients.
- You're a pro at adapting to changing situations and can work independently.
- Caregiving: 1 year paid caregiving experience (Required)
- Language: English (Required)
- License/Certification: HCA License (REQUIRED) we can assist if needed.
Responsibilities
- Be an angel who assists with activities of daily like personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our clients by helping with mobility and transfers.
- Be the friendly companion who engages in activities and provides emotional support.
- Keep an accurate record of the services provided and promptly report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow care plans and instructions.
