We are currently seeking a male Caregiver (preferred by client) with experience supporting behavioral clients. Requirements

Valid driver's license and car
Over 18 years old
Eligible to work in the United States
Able to pass a background check
Experience in managing dementia and behavioral conditions

Responsibilities

Providing companionship to foster meaningful connections
Assisting with personal hygiene such as peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, and brief changes to ensure comfort and dignity
Managing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment
Preparing nutritious meals tailored to client needs
Offering transportation for outings or appointments to keep clients socially engaged
Providing timely medication reminders to help them manage their health effectively

Benefits

Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $16.75 up to $18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts
Raises: Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
Bonus: Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
Mileage: Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart)
