Flawless Family Home Care is hiring reliable part-time caregivers in Pontiac with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week and the opportunity to grow into full-time hours based on performance and flexibility. Requirements

  • Experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must pass background check and required onboarding
  • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week required
  • Start part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time hours
  • Additional hours available for caregivers with open availability and willingness to travel locally
  • This position is not suitable for on-call-only or extremely limited availability.

Nice To Haves

  • CNA experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Mobility assistance and safety supervision
  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Companionship and routine daily support
  • Maintain professional boundaries at all times

  • $18 per hour starting with verified experience through the Healthcare Worker Portal
  • Eligible for a performance-based raise of up to $1.00 per hour at 90 days
  • Eligible for an additional performance-based raise of up to $1.00 per hour at 12 months
  • Eligible for a retention and cost-of-living adjustment at 24 months , based on tenure, performance, and business conditions
  • Paid mileage and paid travel time between clients
  • Premium pay for select shifts
  • Additional $1.50 per hour for shifts worked between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
  • Paid shadow visits with an experienced caregiver
