Available Shifts We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules , including: Day Shifts 7:00 am – 3:00 pm 8:00 am – 4:00 pm 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Morning Shifts 8:00 am – 12:00 pm 9:00 am – 1:00 pm 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Overnight Shifts 7:00 pm – 7:00 am 8:00 pm – 8:00 am Extended Shifts 7:00 am – 7:00 pm 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Afternoon / Evening Shifts 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Requirements

  • Compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping seniors
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
  • Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
  • Push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Lift up to 30 lbs
  • Strong communication and documentation skills (writing and in-app)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus but not required
  • CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship, conversation, activities, and emotional support
  • Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, errands, and transportation
  • Provide medication reminders and maintain daily care documentation
  • Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, and hospice needs
  • Safely operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfer boards, and wheelchairs
