About The Position
CareOne Senior Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver for a consistent full-time position in the Rochester Hills area. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, dependability, and one-on-one client care. The caregiver will support a client who prefers a calm, structured environment and routine-based care. The client is relatively independent but requires assistance with daily tasks and companionship.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required (must be comfortable driving client’s vehicle)
- Clean driving record preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain active during shifts
- Must pass background screening
- TB test required (can be completed after hire)
- Reliable phone for communication and scheduling
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Prepare meals as needed
- Provide medication reminders
- Transport client using the client’s vehicle
- Assist with errands and appointments
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment
