PAID TIME OFF Vacation & Sick time begin accruing immediately. PAID TRAINING - 75Hr certificate, CPR, Nurse Delegation, NAR (will pay to maintain), TB, Food Handlers card, among other clinical specific training programs. PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES- Ask us about our career track! HOLIDAY PAY Earn time and one half if you work on a holiday! WAGE DIFFERENTIAL OPPORTUNITIES Clinically supported programs offer opportunities to make up to $2 extra an hour when working in qualified homes. Available to Full Time Staff Only Wage: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Requirements
- Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills
- 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Pass a background check through DSHS
- Be available to work at least one weekend shift a week
Responsibilities
- Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide in home services to adults with range of mental capabilities.
- Teaching and coaching individuals according to habilitative plans.
- Assisting with or providing basic living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene & medication.
- Providing supervision & engagement.
- Facilitating community outings.
