If you don't have experience, we provide paid training! We also offer amazing company benefits! PAID TIME OFF Vacation & Sick time begin accruing immediately. PAID TRAINING - 75Hr certificate, CPR, Nurse Delegation, NAR (will pay to maintain), TB, Food Handlers card, among other clinical specific training programs. PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES- Ask us about our career track! HOLIDAY PAY Earn time and one half if you work on a holiday! WAGE DIFFERENTIAL OPPORTUNITIES Clinically supported programs offer opportunities to make up to $2 extra an hour when working in qualified homes. Available to Full Time Staff Only Wage: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Requirements

  • Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills
  • 21 years of age
  • Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Pass a background check through DSHS
  • Be available to work at least one weekend shift a week

Responsibilities

  • Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide in home services to adults with range of mental capabilities.
  • Teaching and coaching individuals according to habilitative plans.
  • Assisting with or providing basic living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene & medication.
  • Providing supervision & engagement.
  • Facilitating community outings.
