About The Position

We have immediate openings for Caregivers, with part-time availability and an interest in working 3-5 hour shifts, in and around Tracy, CA! Become a Caregiver with Comfort Keepers and join a compassionate team of people serving Tracy, CA and the surrounding area. We are committed to improving a senior’s quality of life without compromising their independence and individuality. As a Caregiver on our team, you will provide one-on-one assistance to seniors in the comfort of their own homes to ensure they remain safe. This role will allow you to connect with seniors on a personal level and make a positive impact on their day-to-day health and well-being.

Requirements

Submit to criminal background investigation (20 year), motor vehicle driving record check and pre-employment drug screening
Possess valid current driver's license, automobile insurance and a reliable vehicle
Possess PCA, HHA or CNA license or have 6 months of experience as a caregiver (preferred but not required)
Possess high school diploma or GED
Be able to service the Tracy, CA area.

Responsibilities

Provide non-medical care to seniors in their own homes
Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
Help seniors get into and out of bed as needed
Help seniors use the restroom when needed
Perform duties as assigned on senior care service plan
Inspire a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments and hobbies
Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home
