Requirements

CNA/HHA certified
Minimum of one year of proven experience as a caregiver (preferred).
Ability to respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and their families.
Commitment to adhering to health and safety protocols.
Compassionate, respectful, and patient, with excellent bedside manners.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Clear background check.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

Caregivers provide personalized assistance, including personal care tasks, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and emotional support.
Vigilant monitoring and reporting of any changes in client's health or needs is essential.
