Requirements

• You have at least 1 year Caregiving Experience or CNA, HCA, HHA, PCA, DSP.
• You can pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Screen.
• You have Hospice experience

Responsibilities

• Companionship & Conversation
• Transportation (appointments, errands, emergencies)
• Activities, Mobility, Light Walking or Exercise
• Medication Reminders
• Meal Preparation
• Support with Personal Hygiene (bathing, brief changes, dressing, grooming)
• Light Housekeeping
