About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver / CNA to join our team. This position offers weekly pay, paid orientation, and paid training, along with a flexible schedule and competitive wages. Caregivers will have the opportunity to earn referral bonuses, participate in Caregiver of the Month awards, and receive weekly gift card incentives. There are also opportunities to work additional hours beyond your scheduled shifts. We provide two fully paid trainings each month, including lunch, and offer a CNA scholarship. Our agency operates as a W2 agency, not 1099, and we have a mentorship program to support our caregivers. Additionally, we offer Cal savers and same-day pay options available through Tap check. The locations we serve include Anaheim, Corona, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Orange, Santa Ana, and San Clemente.
