About The Position

As a Caregiver at Lutheran SeniorLife, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of residents by providing assistance through the performance of routine direct and indirect resident activities according to established policies and procedures. You will maintain resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality while promoting resident acceptance of support plans and responding promptly to overall resident needs. This position is part-time and offers a starting pay rate of $16.90 per hour, along with a $6,000 sign-on bonus to be paid throughout the first year of employment. Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community-based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania, including skilled nursing, home health, personal care, assisted living, and more. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
