About The Position
Gentiva Personal Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our team in West Plains, Missouri. As a PCA, you will play a crucial role in providing care to elderly and disabled individuals in their homes or places of residence. This position is designed for individuals who are caring and dependable, as you will assist clients with their daily activities and personal care needs based on an individualized care plan. Your responsibilities will include personal care assistance, meal preparation, grocery shopping, running errands, and performing light housekeeping tasks. You will be expected to follow company policies and adhere to the tasks outlined in each patient's care plan, ensuring that you provide the highest quality of care to those in need.
