About The Position

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide companionship care to clients with Dementia or behavioral health conditions. This role allows caregivers to work on their own terms, choosing their shifts and schedules while making a meaningful impact in the lives of their clients. The position emphasizes flexibility, enabling caregivers to balance their work and personal lives effectively.

Requirements

• Previous companionship and personal care experience.
• Passion for child and elderly care with a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable and professional demeanor.
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
• Trained in First Aid and CPR.
• Trained in emergency protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly companionship and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support clients with walking and exercise.
• Remind clients about medication schedules.
• Offer emotional support and encouragement for necessary tasks.
• Engage actively in activities with clients.
• Document care plan tasks and activities completed thoroughly.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
