About The Position

We are hiring PRN Caregivers, HHA, CNA, and PCAs to work with our in-home patients in the Pompano Beach, FL area. We have a variety of hours available and offer benefits (for those who qualify). Requirements

• Six months experience in home care preferred.
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Successful completion of at least forty (40) hours of training in areas required by Agency for Health Care Administration or passing the Home Health Aide competency test.

• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for individuals to remain in their own home.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, and transferring patients.
• Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when business travel is required.
• Assist with household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care.
