We are hiring Caregivers/HHA/PCAs to work one-on-one with our in-home patients in Cincinnati, OH and the surrounding areas. Requirements

• Six months experience in home care preferred.
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified patients' needs.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for individuals to remain in their own home.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, and skin care.
• Transfer patients from bed to chair and to wheelchair.
• Assist with household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care.
• Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when business travel is required.
