About The Position

TheKey is urgently hiring caregivers in Riverside and surrounding communities for part-time work, typically 4-6 hours in the morning daily, with the option to stack shifts for a total of 8 hours per day. As the largest provider of private pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America, TheKey offers top pay rates of $19.50 per hour. Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (assistance provided upon hire).
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Provide transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
• Offer companionship through games, puzzles, or other activities that provide social and emotional support.
