Requirements

• Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred—but not required (we’ll cover your training!)
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Pass a background check, drug screening, and competency evaluation
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship
• Support clients in their homes with varying shift times and care needs
