About The Position
The Caregiver Trainer at AltaVita Memory Care Centre is responsible for training and mentoring caregivers and QMAPs, focusing on onboarding new staff and providing ongoing training for current employees. This full-time position requires a compassionate and accountable individual who can work alternating shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of the organization.
