Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel regarding residents' conditions.
• Maintain written records and documentation as required.
• Ensure ongoing communication with residents, their families, and support personnel to meet residents' needs.
