About The Position

Sheraton Caregivers LLC is seeking a reliable, flexible, and proactive Caregiver Support & Transportation Specialist to ensure uninterrupted care for our clients. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who: Can respond quickly to call-outs Comfortable driving throughout the day Is willing to step in and provide care when needed Enjoys variety in their daily work Company vehicle provided — no personal vehicle required for work duties.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred
Strong reliability and punctuality (attendance is critical in this role)
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Must be available for flexible scheduling, including: Early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
Must be able to respond to same-day or short-notice coverage needs
Guaranteed base hours with additional hours based on operational needs
This role requires a high level of dependability and flexibility . Candidates who are unable to respond to last-minute schedule changes or maintain consistent attendance may not be a good fit.

Responsibilities

Transportation Drive caregivers to client homes for urgent or same-day shift coverage
Ensure timely arrival and efficient routing
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle
Provide hands-on care when needed, including: Personal care (ADLs) Companionship and supervision Light housekeeping and meal prep
Fill in for open shifts due to callouts or scheduling gaps
Assist with supply deliveries and document drop-offs/pickups
Support basic administrative tasks (filing, organizing, onboarding prep)
