The Residential Support Specialist delivers various project management and implementation support for the Residential division. Lead ECP to ensure proper implementation and usage of all ECP functions across Residential facilities, to include future enhancements. Support and sustain various Residential programs and processes. Ensure new employees and Leaders feel welcome, establish timely ECP training, orienting them in the system and familiarizing them with the Clarity Care. Assist in the development of designated program content. Analyze data to find the root cause of a problem or defect. Use the analysis to direct the course of the project to get the desired outcomes. Stays current through monitoring and maintaining compliance with all Managed Care, County, State and Federal Home Care and residential laws and regulations to ensure proper licensures and reimbursements. Collect necessary data and prepare reports on each step in the project process.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree required
- Occasional travel throughout Northeastern and Central Wisconsin.
- Posses computer skills to include but not limited to, Microsoft Suite Package, ECP for electronic charting, etc.
- Must possess a valid WI driver’s license, and ability to meet agency driving standards.
- Must provide proof of auto insurance.
- Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Managed Care, AFH and CBRF, Medicare and Medicaid laws and regulations preferred.
