About The Position

SpringRidge Court is a well established, CARF Accredited Community. We offer 70 apartments of Assisted Living and 14 apartments of Enliven (Memory Care). Competitive Pay & Great Benefits! $18-19/hour. $3 weekend shift differential! Variety of shifts available. Day shift; 6am-2pm, Swing Shift; 2pm-10pm, NOC Shift; 10pm-6am. Requirements

• Any caregiving experience is great but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly.
• Assist residents in their daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, etc.).
• Transport residents as necessary assisting them into and out of bed, wheelchairs.
• Listen to the amazing stories our residents have.
• Work with a care team to provide the best care and environment possible.
