About The Position

Wyndemere Senior Living is seeking dedicated Resident Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team in Wheaton, IL. This role involves working closely with nursing staff to provide high-quality care to Assisted Living residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The position offers both full-time and part-time shifts, with a focus on teamwork and effective communication.

Requirements

• A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the work day
• Continuous standing, turning, stooping, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 95% of the workday

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with high quality care and assistance with tasks of daily living
• Document care and provide updates to nurses
• Answer assistance calls promptly
• Change bed linens, make beds, and keep rooms neat and orderly
• Demonstrate teamwork by helping co-workers within and across departments
• Communicate effectively with others, respecting diverse opinions and styles, and acknowledging the contributions of others
