About The Position

Our Cook Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for a Casual Resident Assistant to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule: Part time casual position with weekend requirements . This role offers the opportunity for additional hours by picking up available shifts based on facility needs. Additional shift differentials available: PM Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour Overnight Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour

Requirements

Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED
Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service
Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
Pass basic written competency and skills test
Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required
Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study
