Requirements
- CNA or PCA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service roles is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Support residents during overnight routines and comfort checks
- Respond promptly to resident calls and needs
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident safety
- Help keep resident rooms and common areas clean
- Assist with laundry and phone calls as needed
