Premier Health is seeking a Caregiver Relations Business Partner to navigate the caregiver experience in both unionized and non-unionized settings. As a CRBP, you'll provide advice, consultation, and guidance on employee relations, performance, and behavior concerns in a fair and consistent manner. HYBRID / WORK-FROM-HOME AVAILABLE: MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN REASONABLE DRIVING DISTANCE TO DAYTON, OH. (within approximately one hour driving distance)
Requirements
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or Industrial Psychology
- 1-3 years of job-related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of federal and state employment law
Nice To Haves
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Minimize business risk and enhance company Just Culture
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Resolve caregiver relations issues in a timely manner
- Provide coaching on HR policies and practices
- Deliver high levels of customer service to caregivers
- Conduct training on various HR topics
- Identify legal requirements affecting HR functions
- Collect and analyze employee data
