About The Position

A Special Touch In-Home Care is hiring a Caregiver Recruiter to help us consistently attract, interview, and hire great caregivers (CNA, HHA, Direct Care Workers). This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role for someone who thrives on follow-up, relationship-building, and hitting weekly hiring goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ year recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience (healthcare/home care preferred)
  • Strong phone skills and comfort with frequent outbound outreach
  • Organized, persistent, and able to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Comfortable working toward measurable goals (calls, interviews, hires, time-to-fill)
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in both locations weekly

Nice To Haves

  • Home care staffing/recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring CNAs/HHAs/DCWs
  • Knowledge of local recruiting sources in West Virginia

Responsibilities

  • Recruit caregivers using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
  • Manage the pipeline: sourcing → screening → interviewing → onboarding coordination
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (calls/texts/emails) and keep candidates moving
  • Schedule interviews, reduce no-shows, and improve time-to-hire
  • Refresh and optimize job postings to maintain strong applicant flow
  • Track candidates and hiring activity accurately in our systems
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize urgent staffing needs
  • Support recruiting events/open interview days as needed
