Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must complete State Criminal Background Check.
• LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement.
• LIC 503 Health Screening Report.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in alignment with their individual service plans.
• Support with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, and mealtime assistance.
• Perform tasks such as bed linen changes, personal laundry, and light housekeeping duties.
• Promote an environment that upholds resident privacy, dignity, and respect.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and standard precautions.
• Complete all required state training upon hire and annually.
