Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of healthcare experience required
• Experience working in an ALF setting
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or required by state)
• Clear background screening
• Commitment to safety, service, and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility & personal care
• Provide medication reminders
• Support safe transfers and positioning
• Document services accurately and follow care plans
• Help maintain a safe, warm, and welcoming environment
• Foster positive communication with residents & teammates
• Support activities and daily programming
• You’ll be part of creating a community atmosphere that feels like home.
