About The Position

Join Bridge Senior Living as a Care Associate and make a difference in the lives of others while personally thriving! As a Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing a high level of care and comfort to our residents. This part-time position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits, including health insurance starting at $75 per month for full-time associates. You will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), provide safe transferring, and engage in memory care stimulation and social interaction. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CNA or HHA certification in applicable state.
• First Aid & CPR Certified.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) while making meaningful connections with each Resident.
• Provide safe transferring and assistance with personal hygiene.
• Engage in memory care stimulation and social interaction.
• Exhibit a passion for serving seniors.
