Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus, training is available.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• A keen focus on ensuring residents' comfort and safety.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming while ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Keep a watchful eye on residents for any signs of distress, following safety protocols and responding appropriately to incidents.
• Record resident care, changes in condition, and daily activities of living accurately.
• Work hand-in-hand with nursing staff and fellow caregivers to address residents' needs.
• Organize and participate in activities that boost residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Uphold residents' confidentiality and privacy according to company policy and HIPAA regulations.
