About The Position

We are hiring experienced Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Home Care Aides to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care for clients throughout Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for caregivers who value meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and consistent hours. We train and manage all our caregivers, and there are currently caregiver jobs to fit any experience level. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Requirements

  • Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus.
  • State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Perform personal care assistance (PCA duties) including hygiene support and mobility assistance.
  • Assist with daily living activities (ADLs).
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
  • Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
  • Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
  • Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Remind clients to take medication.
  • Clock in/out and document all tasks.
