About The Position
Visiting Angels is a reputable homecare agency located in Jasper, Indiana, dedicated to providing compassionate care to clients in various counties including Dubois, Pike, Knox, Daviess, Orange, Martin, Crawford, Spencer, and Perry. We are currently seeking to expand our team of caregivers, including Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing caregivers to work part-time or full-time, with the option to work weekends only or as needed. Our caregivers play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and providing companionship. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring assistance. Additionally, you will engage in light housekeeping duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, laundry, and dishes. You will also provide basic companionship, transportation for errands, cooking, and medication reminders.
