Requirements

• Active CNA or HCA license strongly preferred, or able to get certified within 120 days from date of hire
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills
• Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration) preferred but NOT required
• Fluency in Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Provide transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Offer companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support
• Provide comfort and connection in your client’s preferred language
