Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' personal care needs and update their Resident Care Plan accordingly.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
