About The Position

The Caregiver position is focused on providing compassionate personal care services, support, and companionship to residents in a community setting. The role involves engaging with residents in their daily activities, monitoring their care needs, and encouraging participation in community programs, all while fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and love for working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a CNA or Medication Aide is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
