About The Position

As a caregiver at Sevita, you will engage in rewarding work that helps individuals grow, learn, and live well. Your role will involve developing meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, experiencing ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants, and taking initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. You will support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and assist them with personal hygiene. Additionally, you will support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills in communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
