About The Position
Wellspring Meadows is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers at our facility located in Hayden, Idaho. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our elderly residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with their daily activities, which encompass bathing, toileting, light exercise, transferring, social interactions, and housekeeping. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive environment where caregivers can build meaningful relationships with residents, ensuring they feel loved, involved, and encouraged in their daily lives. In addition to providing care, we are committed to your professional development. We have partnered with North Idaho College (NIC) to offer an apprenticeship program that includes courses such as CNA training, Assistance with Medication, and Mental Health programs. We will assist with the costs of these courses as you progress in your career. Furthermore, we provide a free CPR class and access to various online courses available at your convenience. Our comprehensive support system is designed to help you grow in your role and gain valuable experience for future opportunities.
