About The Position
SYNERGY HomeCare of Clifton-Secaucus is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. The position involves providing personal care to a client in Clifton, NJ, who requires assistance in the mornings from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and in the evenings from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week. We prefer a male caregiver for this role. Caregivers will be responsible for addressing clients' non-medical needs, which include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Establishing effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, their families, and co-workers is essential. Reliability is key, as caregivers must be punctual and consistently cover shifts to ensure that clients receive the care they need.
