About The Position

Synergy HomeCare Upland is looking for experienced Caregivers who are willing and able to fill in nanny positions for backup Childcare. Do you love working with seniors & children? Do you have a nurturing nature? We are seeking responsible, caring, and experienced caregivers who can provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our seniors and children. The Caregiver will be responsible for all aspects of personal care and daily routine, including feeding, engaging in developmental and recreational activities, and assisting with light household duties related to their everyday living. Should have experience in assisting with personal hygiene, including diaper changes, bathing, and dressing. The ideal candidate will be patient, organized, and have excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a caregiver
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in assisting with personal hygiene, including diaper changes, bathing, and dressing
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for seniors and children

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
