About The Position

Hillside in McMinnville, OR, a HumanGood community nationally rated as 2025-2026 Best Senior Living community for Independent Living and Memory Care by U.S News & World Report, is looking for talented caregivers to join our team! Under general supervision, the Resident Assistant provides assistance with the personal care and protection of residents in the assisted living level of care. The Resident Assistant actively incorporates CARF/CCAC standards into the daily rhythm of residents’ lives. The role involves developing an awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assisting residents in maximizing their independence and participation. The Resident Assistant works on a one-on-one basis with residents to provide direct care and assists with activities of daily living as well as scheduled program activities. Schedules Available: Full Time Day, 4 on 2 off rotation from 6AM-2PM Full Time Evening, 4 on 2 off rotation from 2PM-10PM Pay range: $17+ per hour, base pay, depending on years of relevant caregiving experience Shift Differentials: $2 Weekend Day/Eve

Requirements

• Prior experience working with seniors required
• Current first aid/CPR certification

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiving experience preferred
