Requirements
- Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
- Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
- Food Handler’s certification
- First Aid certification
Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Managing behaviors such as wandering or agitation using proven strategies
- Implementing consistent daily routines and memory-supportive activities
- Supporting medication management, meal preparation, transportation, and therapy participation
- Applying specialized training in dementia care and behavioral management
