Our care team help residents with light housekeeping, making beds, assisting with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, oral & hair care, transferring and other needs based on individual service plans. Requirements
- A passion for working with seniors + 6 months experience!
- Completion of paid pre-employment trainings- provided during onboarding.
- Must obtain current CPR/1st Aid training (employer provided) & Oregon Food Handlers Permit
- Must be able to work weekends and have some schedule flexibility
- All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes.
- Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.

- Caregiver experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provides general attention to residents needs.
- Documents all Activities of Daily Living for each resident.
- Provides companionship and observes to ensure safety and to report condition changes.
- Completes light housekeeping tasks.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding residents and the care.
- Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
- Displays excellent communication and remains calm and courteous under pressure.
