About The Position

We are hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for part-time, PRN, days, nights, overnights, and weekend shifts. This role focuses on providing specialized support for seniors living with Alzheimer’s and dementia in a one-on-one home setting. Caring for someone with memory loss requires patience, skill, and a deep sense of compassion. Memory care is not the same as general caregiving—and neither is our approach. We prioritize consistency, thoughtful client matching, and strong communication so you can build trust and provide meaningful support. As a Caregiver on our team, you’ll have the time and structure to truly connect with your client while delivering high-quality care. Requirements

  • Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA, preferably with memory care clients
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Compassionate, patient, and emotionally aware approach
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of Alzheimer’s and dementia care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Offering calm, reassuring companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
  • Creating a safe and structured environment
  • Responding to memory-related behaviors with patience and understanding
  • Supporting routines that promote comfort, familiarity, and dignity
  • Communicating effectively with families and care teams
