Beztak is looking to hire a Caregiver – Memory Care to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exemplary personalized care in accordance with the established memory care standards of care procedures.
Requirements
- One-year experience working in memory care
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members
- Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment
- Acts with patience and understanding at all times
Responsibilities
- Provide comfort and safety to residents while assisting them with Activities of Daily Living tasks; including dressing, grooming, and bathing
- Follow each resident’s service plan with provision of care, supporting their abilities
- Encourage residents and provide environment for success in meeting their highest level of participation and independence while fostering choice
- Monitor and document behaviors as specified for individual residents
- Helping residents with mobility needs and cognitive impairments
- Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills
